As well, we offer a 100% lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of the autograph, as long as the holograms have not been tampered with or removed.  If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at sales@markken.com for a Return Policy Tracking Number. At that time we will share with you complete instructions on properly returning your item, including shipping instructions.

Returned merchandise must be in the original purchased condition and include any factory packaging and tags. Any merchandise returned in a condition other than original will not be available for refund or exchange. Upon inspection of the returned item we will issue you a full credit for the item purchase price.

The following items are excluded from our return privilege: Personalized autographs, custom framed items, or items specially ordered for you that are not available on our website.
